RETURN POLICY
1. Exchanges Only
- All online sales are exchange only. We do not offer refunds.
2. 7 Day Exchange Window
- Exchanges must be initiated within 7 days of delivery date, not the order date.
3. Exclusions
- Handmade, custom, or one-of-one items are final sale and are not eligible for exchanges.
4. Exchange Eligibility
To qualify for an exchange:
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, and free from damage or stains
- Original tags must still be attached
- Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) is required
5. Exchange Options
Approved exchanges may be processed for:
- Store credit, or
- An item of equal value
- If the new item costs more, the customer will pay the price difference
- If the new item costs less, remaining balance will be issued as store credit only
6. How to Initiate an Exchange

We will provide further instructions once the exchange is approved.
7. Return Shipping
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs
- We recommend using a trackable shipping method. We are not liable for lost return packages.
8. Non-Exchangeable Conditions
- Exchanges will be denied for items showing signs of:
- Wear, odor, makeup, deodorant marks, tears, alterations, or misuse.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item:
- Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
- Include photos and your order details
We will correct it with store credit or replacement, based on availability.
