  • Once shipped, delivery time is the responsibility of the carrier (UPS or USPS).

Exchanges may be issued as store credit or an item of equal value.

Customers must report damaged or incorrect items within 48 hours of delivery and provide photos.
We will offer a replacement or store credit depending on availability.

Items not reported within this timeframe are not eligible for replacement or credit.

Fraudulent orders will be reported and canceled.

8. Store Credit

  • Promotions and discount codes cannot be combined unless stated otherwise.

  • Discount codes must be applied at checkout and cannot be added afterward.

10. Custom Orders

Custom orders require approval and may include additional costs.
Because of their personalized nature, custom pieces are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.
